The Friends of Marshall Square Park is a group of concerned neighbors formed to support the care, preservation and improvement of our Park for the benefit of the citizens of the Borough of West Chester. Currently, we are working to raise money to restore the 1889 fountain. We plan to dedicate the restored fountain in memory of Mrs. Joan Gagliardi, who did much to protect this treasure over the years.
