5k Zombie Run

with 3 Flag Belts

12:30pm     Day of registration and packet pickup open at the school entrance
2:00pm     Zombie Run begins

This is a rain or shine event!   First 100 registrants receive a long sleeve tshirt and a Koozie!
Where: Rustin High School, West Chester, PA
What: Racers navigate our 5K course while trying to avoid having their life lines (flags) stolen from their life belt by our Zombies. Our undead will be spread around the course. Racers who do not wish to be chased by our Zombies can elect to run "belt-less". However, 1 minute will be deducted from your finish time for each belt you have retained at the finish line (just remember, this adjusted time counts for prize awards, not PR bragging rights!) Finishers who have no flags left will still be eligible for prizes, as long as they hand in their race belt. Don’t forget to bring your bag of non perishable food or grocery store gift card to packet pick up to start your race with 4 flags.

NEW THIS YEAR: participants can earn an extra flag on their belt by bringing one or more bags of non perishable food or a grocery store gift card in the amount of $10 or more to packet pickup/registration. The food and gift cards will benefit the West Chester Food cupboard
Amenities: Zombie Run t-shirts  (not guaranteed if registering after October 24th),  postrace food and rocking party atmosphere .  Prizes from High Performance, Goose Creek Grill, Hills Seafood, Duffers, PJ Wheelihans, Gramm's Kitchen, Giant, Acme, and more.
Awards: Prizes for age group placers in the following age groups:  10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and above
Registration: $25 - until the day of event
$30 - The day of the event
